In this job you will:
- Update and implement sustainability strategy that would be based on company’s sustainability progress, REWE Group sustainability goals and best practice
- Ensure compliance with local and EU legislation
- Design methodologies, frameworks and processes to enable vertical integration of Sustainability topics throughout different business areas, assure implementation by applying oversight tools and prepare reports on Company and Group levels
- Lead company Sustainability Programs/Projects, coordinate implementation of REWE Group sustainability projects in Lithuania
- Develop training packages and communication campaigns for employees, to increase awareness and maturity of Sustainability management
- Design, implement and constantly update vertically and horizontally integrated KPI tree and relevant processes to assure performance management and decisions to be taken at a strategic level
- Serve as the central point of contact for Sustainability, Strategy development, Performance management
We expect you to:
- Have knowledge of sustainability requirements of local legislation, standards and international best practice
- Have 3 years of experience in Project management and Change management
- Have At least one year experience in Strategy development/coordination processes
- Be able to work independently as well as in matrix-based teams
- Be highly skilled in analytics – able to work with large data sets and know-how of summarization to top level managers
- Be able to think strategically, understand the big picture and integrate complex topics
- Have strong personal communication skills
- Have university degree
- Have an excellent verbal and written English skills
- Have at least one year experience in Sustainability management (preferably large corporations)
- Have an understanding of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategic approaches and advisory tools
