You'll be responsible for:

• Defining process management logic and tools

• Maintaining enterprise architecture/end-to-end process map

• Leading central efficiency initiatives

• Ensuring process management maturity

• Developing and maintaining the project portfolio roadmap

• Evaluating and prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, ROI, risk, and resource availability

• Ensuring a balanced portfolio that supports organizational goals

• Establishing and enforce portfolio governance processes and standards

• Providing regular portfolio performance reports to senior leadership

• Monitoring project health and escalate risks or issues as needed

• Managing and training team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in process /project portfolio management

• Strong understanding of process / project management methodologies

• Proficiency in process / project portfolio management tools

• Strategic thinking and decision-making

• Analytical and financial acumen

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Great leadership skills

• Team management skills

• Very good English knowledge
