Head of Process Management Unit

You'll be responsible for:
Defining process management logic and tools
Maintaining enterprise architecture/end-to-end process map
Leading central efficiency initiatives
Ensuring process management maturity
Developing and maintaining the project portfolio roadmap
Evaluating and prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, ROI, risk, and resource availability
Ensuring a balanced portfolio that supports organizational goals
Establishing and enforce portfolio governance processes and standards
Providing regular portfolio performance reports to senior leadership
Monitoring project health and escalate risks or issues as needed
Managing and training team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in process /project portfolio management
Strong understanding of process / project management methodologies
Proficiency in process / project portfolio management tools
Strategic thinking and decision-making
Analytical and financial acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Great leadership skills
Team management skills
Very good English knowledge
