In this role, you will:

• Define and document infrastructure requirements for developing and implementing LLM-based applications. Identify existing gaps, propose solutions, and collaborate with group IT team to coordinate necessary changes and ensure seamless integration

• Develop analytics solutions to enhance data analysis, automate insights generation, and improve decision-making processes

• Develop AI-powered applications to efficiently search and retrieve internal company data, policies, and reports, enhancing organizational knowledge management and accessibility

• Deliver reliable, thoroughly tested, and high-performance code within an agile framework

We expect that you:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions

• Strong Python programming skills (familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face etc.)

• Experience with multi-agent libraries/frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, or Taskweave

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex

• Strong SQL skills (ideally Oracle PL/SQL)

• Understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing

• Knowledge how to develop maintainable code that we can take from prototype all the way to production

• Familiar with Git (bonus points for knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD)

• University education in a strongly quantitative subject such as mathematics, computer science, software engineering, economics, physics, etc.

• Ability to own projects and develop solutions from start to finish

• Fluency in English
