In this role, you will:
Prepare and provide periodic reports and creating dashboards
Identify and revise reporting requirements and their implementation
Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including our Applicant Tracking System, employment records, labor statistics
Optimize and implement new data processes and systems
Provide quality assurance of imported data
Provide actionable insights and cooperate with stakeholders
Calculate variable pay
Manage salary budgeting process
We expect that you:
Have university education in a strongly quantitative subject such as mathematics, computer science, software engineering, economics, physics, etc.
Have previous experience in an analytical role
Have knowledge and experience in reporting and analytic tools (e.g. PowerBI and/or Tableau)
Have proven advanced SQL skills: this syntax will be used on a daily basis and some queries need to be written from scratch
Are self-driven, structured working attitude and strong ownership
Can balance multiple priorities, are open-minded, and have 'can do' attitude
