In this role, you will:

• Prepare and provide periodic reports and creating dashboards

• Identify and revise reporting requirements and their implementation

• Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including our Applicant Tracking System, employment records, labor statistics

• Optimize and implement new data processes and systems

• Provide quality assurance of imported data

• Provide actionable insights and cooperate with stakeholders

• Calculate variable pay

• Manage salary budgeting process

We expect that you:

• Have university education in a strongly quantitative subject such as mathematics, computer science, software engineering, economics, physics, etc.

• Have previous experience in an analytical role

• Have knowledge and experience in reporting and analytic tools (e.g. PowerBI and/or Tableau)

• Have proven advanced SQL skills: this syntax will be used on a daily basis and some queries need to be written from scratch

• Are self-driven, structured working attitude and strong ownership

• Can balance multiple priorities, are open-minded, and have 'can do' attitude
